It has ample parking, bathrooms, showers, and beach rentals (chairs, umbrellas). For restaurants & shopping, you are only a 5 minute drive to Cocoa Beach restaurants, Ron Jon surf shop and the pier. Nearby attractions of Kennedy Space Center, and Disney/Universal Studios offer memorable day-trips.

Wonderful Vacation
My family enjoyed this propery alot. We were able to have large family style living at an affordable cost. We were able to enjoy the pool and the beach everyday of our stay. When we had any questions the property manager was able to get back to us very quickly.

This home is enough to enjoy a vacation for several days with all the family and extended family the outdoor space is perfect to entertain each other. The listing is exactly what is advertised. This is a very classy place. Very nice.
